2 minutes

It's amazing what the mind and regular practice can achieve! In the last past few weeks, I practiced my breathhold first thing in the morning. It's challenging to try to relax when there are multile voices in my head telling me I only have 30mn to do 5 srs breathhold in between relaxation breathing. But somehow, it worked. I can now hit the 2mn breathhold time. I m stoked!  Now let's see how it translates in the water.  I guess pool practice is nex💦. Splashing out all the way.
